Responsibilities include:
- Building client relationships: Must be able to build strong relationships by following up with clients, addressing their concerns, and offering personalized recommendations
- Product/Service Knowledge: Must be able to answer any questions the client may have about the product, and ensure that the client makes a purchase that meets their needs
- Providing feedback: Provide feedback to the management team that can help improve future business dealings
- Closing Sales: Sealing the deal with effective closing techniques
- Mandatory training sessions: Attend ongoing training to acquire system knowledge and stay up to date on products and services
Qualifications:
- Minimum of one year in a direct customer service role
- Ability to adapt to new situations
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Self motivated and goal oriented
- Active listening and problem-solving abilities
